I raise a glass to you all this evening to say thank you for your continued support of P for Peckish this year. The New Year’s Eve Fizz cocktail uses Prosecco as a base, then a dash of pomegranate juice and orange juice to give it a vibrant colour and some fruit flavoured punch.

Serves: 6

Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free
Ingredients
750ml (25.4 fl oz) bottle of Prosecco or Champagne or sparkling white wine
200ml (6.8 fl oz) pomegranate juice
100ml (3.4 fl oz) freshly squeezed orange juice
To serve
6 champagne flutes
Method
Chill your Prosecco (or Champagne or sparkling wine) and the orange and pomegranate juices.
Pour the Prosecco into six champagne flutes first, filling each one about two-thirds full. Mix the orange and pomegranate juices together in a jug and use to top up each glass.
