I am pleased to announce we have a winner for the first P for Peckish competition, the entries were brilliant and there were lots to choose from, which made picking a winner even harder. But I would like to congratulate Clyde Fowle for this photograph of a ‘B&B Salad’ of roasted beetroot and steamed broccolini, with a dijon dressing and topped with toasted sesame seeds.
