I’m happy to announce the publication of my second cook book, At My Table on the 14th May. It’s taken a year to pull it together, creating the recipes and menus, testing them out and then photographing them all. Hectic! Now I’m excited to be able to send it out into the world. The idea behind it was to show the versatility of vegetarian dishes by putting together entire menu plans for different everyday and special occasions.
This week to celebrate I’m sharing two recipes from the book with you, delicious Buckwheat Pancakes and satisfying Black Bean Burger.
